Like so many other family businesses, Diamond Driveways are taking the current situation extremely seriously. Health and safety is always at the forefront of everything we do but never more so than at these difficult times. We’ve introduced the following further measures as extra safeguards for both our clients and our installation teams:

We’re not shaking hands so please don’t think we are being rude.

All our inspections can take place outdoors and are happy for conversations to be carried out by phone, WhatsApp, Facetime, etc. if preferred.

Our teams are always fully briefed so can carry out works externally, without direct contact with you.

We do not need access to your house and can use independent generators, if plugging into a power source is problematic.

We can send photos and videos to you at each stage of the project, if you would prefer to work this way.

All team members regularly wash their hands and carry hand sanitisers.

If any member of our team has a persistent cough or fever, they will not be allowed on site and will follow the relevant government advice.

Our goal is to continue serving our existing and new clients for as long as we are able and permitted. It’s important we all do our bit and rally together as a community, so please don’t hesitate to call us if you’re genuinely in need and will do our best to assist.
